Objects of the Emirates
We were commissioned by Deutsche Bank to create an exhibition that celebrates Emirati culture for UAE National Day. After deep-diving into the history of the UAE, society, and traditions, we found unique elements that personified Emirati identity through their individual stories.
Those stories had a common thread and came to life as 50 unique objects that hold a strong place in Emirati culture. We designed and produced an exhibition in the DIFC that told those unique stories through illustration and written narrative. The exhibition was accompanied by a foldout leaflet that visitors could take home.
